These are the best pizza rolls made in the air fryer and they need just 4 ingredients! No yeast and no frozen pizza needed, they are made from scratch and take less than TEN minutes to make.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, around half an inch in thickness. Spread the pizza sauce on top, leaving room around the perimeter of the dough. Add the cheese and pizza toppings of choice, before rolling it up, jelly roll style. Use a wet knife to slice into 8 portions.
Lightly grease an air fryer basket. Brush the exterior of the pizza rolls and place them in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer and serve immediately.

TO STORE: Air fried pizza rolls can be stored in the refrigerator, covered. They will keep well for up to 5 days. TO FREEZE: Leftover pizza rolls can be placed in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for up to 6 months. TO REHEAT: You can definitely reheat the pizza rolls again in the air fryer. Place them in the basket and air fry for 2 minutes, until crisp around the edges.
