These no bake cookie dough bites need just four ingredients to make and yield soft and sweet treats. No heat treating flour or eggs. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
Add the almond flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil to a mixing bowl. Mix until a crumbly texture remains. If the batter is too thin, add a little extra almond flour. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form 20 large balls of cookie dough. Place each ball on the lined plate and enjoy immediately or freeze for 5 minutes to firm up.
