About: Based between New York & Melbourne, Arman Liew is the creator and founder of The Big Man’s World. With a background in food, business, and nutrition, he combines culinary expertise with a passion for making healthy, delicious meals accessible to everyone.

He started this journey while travelling across the US. Realizing the growing need for easy & healthy recipes, he began to share what he’d learned, developing his blog and social media presence. His goal was to ensure everyone felt welcome & proud to be in the kitchen. He also enhanced his knowledge with an Honors Degree in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu.

A two-time cookbook author and food blogger, Arman develops, photographs, and films all recipes alongside a dedicated team of professionally trained chefs. He is the author of Clean Snacks: Paleo Vegan Recipes with Keto Options and Clean Sweets: Simple, High-Protein Desserts for One. His work has been featured in major publications, including Forbes, BuzzFeed, Bon Appétit, Vogue, and People Magazine.

Arman shares tried-and-true, easy weeknight dinners, air fryer recipes, high-protein recipes, and wholesome desserts. The recipes on the website mirror his eating habits- easy meals, snacks, and desserts the whole family will enjoy.

Arman holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Monash University and SUNY New York, with a minor in Food and Nutrition. Additionally, he earned two diplomas from Le Cordon Bleu (Diploma de Cuisine) and a degree in Culinary Arts (William Angliss Institute).
