However, the milk based and frozen beverages are all not suitable for a keto diet. However, with a few tweaks and changes, you can adapt some popular favorites to cut the carbs.
If you’d like a mocha, latte, or frappuccino but want to cut the sugar and carbs, here is what to sub out-
- Choose sugar free syrups. Vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, and cinnamon dolce flavors all have zero calories, zero sugar, and zero carbs.
- Swap out the milk for heavy cream. For hot or cold beverages, switch out the milk for heavy cream and cut almost all the carbs.

Me too. My area only the SF vanilla as well. And sadly, it’s the only thing I can order as well
The three Starbucks in my area only have the SF vanilla. I live in a small city and that may be why they only have that one option. I asked just this week about other SF flavors and was told they had not had them in about a year…I just make do with the SF vanilla!
Arman, there is a big issue with this article. Starbucks discontinued all of their sugar free syrups except one. They did this last year. The only one available is sugar free vanilla.
Hi Dorothy- With all due respect, this is incorrect. Tons of readers have already confirmed their local Starbucks have all the flavors (and same with the three I visited over the last week) .
