Healthy Thanksgiving desserts that taste every bit as delicious as their classic counterpart.

Thanksgiving desserts don’t have to be heavy to be delicious. Over the years- and after publishing a cookbook on healthy desserts– I’ve gotten into the habit of making a few “lighter” options for my family’s holiday table- partly because everyone wants something sweet after dinner, and partly because we all appreciate a dessert that doesn’t put us straight into a food coma.
These 13 healthy Thanksgiving desserts are easy to make, naturally lighter, and taste just as indulgent as the classics. From pumpkin treats to apple favorites and lots of pies in between, there’s something here for every guest at your table- even those who swear they don’t like “healthy” recipes.
